GRADE REPORTS
When you complete a class, you should receive
a final grade report from BMCC. If you are enrolled in an online
class that is still in progress, your transcript will list a "Z" for that course, which
denotes that the class is still in progress.
If you have an outstanding bill at BMCC, you will not
receive a final grade report until your student account is credited. Please
keep in mind that if you send payment at the end of your 15 week class period,
it may take up to three weeks for the payment to be processed and credited to
your account. Again, you will not receive a grade report until your student
account shows a zero balance.
If you do not have an outstanding bill and you
do not receive a grade report, please contact Sherri Schofield.
UNOFFICIAL AND OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS
If you need an unofficial copy of your entire
transcript, please contact Sherri Schofield to request that a copy be mailed or faxed to you.
There is a $5.00 fee for official transcripts. To request that an official transcript copy be sent to another institution, please send a check
for $5.00, along with the address of the institution, to BMCC at the address below:
